Responsibilities
- Execute end-to-end full-cycle recruitment for engineering, IT, and SEO-related roles.
- Utilize advanced sourcing strategies and SEO techniques to identify passive candidates.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and build talent pipelines.
- Manage the interview process, including scheduling, debriefs, and offer negotiations.
- Track key recruiting metrics (KPIs) to optimize time-to-fill and quality of hire.
- Build strong relationships with candidates and industry professionals to ensure a positive employer brand.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in technical recruiting or talent acquisition.
- Proven success in closing high-volume positions in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of SEO, digital marketing, and technical software development stacks.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on relationship building.
