Responsibilities
- Execute end-to-end recruitment cycles for Project 2026, from pipeline generation to offer negotiation.
- Develop and execute aggressive sourcing strategies using advanced Boolean search and social networking.
- Build a strong talent pipeline for specialized technical roles including AI, Quantum Computing, and Full-Stack Engineering.
- Partner with engineering leadership to understand technical nuances and craft compelling value propositions.
- Conduct impactful interviews and assess cultural fit within a high-performance environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Technical Recruiter in the Software Industry.
- Proven experience recruiting for highly technical, niche roles (Backend, ML, or Cloud Infrastructure).
- Expertise in Applicant Tracking Systems (Greenhouse, Lever, etc.) and Boolean search techniques.
- Demonstrated ability to build and manage a pipeline of passive candidates.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical requirements to non-technical stakeholders.
