Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruitment for technical positions (Engineering, Data Science, Product Management).
- Utilize advanced sourcing strategies (Boolean search, social networking, direct outreach) to identify passive candidates.
- Conduct thorough phone screens and technical interviews to assess candidate fit and culture alignment.
- Manage the candidate pipeline effectively within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Negotiate offers and close talent to ensure a seamless hiring experience.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and success metrics.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in technical recruitment (SaaS, Tech, or similar industries).
- Proven track record of successful placements and direct-hire contracts.
- Expert knowledge of ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Lever, Workable, etc.).
- Strong network within the Bay Area technical community.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently in a part-time capacity while meeting strict deadlines.
