As a Technical Recruiter, you will play a pivotal role in our growth strategy by identifying, screening, and securing the best talent in the market. You will manage the full lifecycle of recruitment, from defining job requirements to closing offers, ensuring we meet our aggressive hiring goals.
Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruitment for technical roles, including Software Engineers, DevOps, and Data Scientists.
- Utilize advanced sourcing strategies (Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Stack Overflow) to identify passive candidates.
- Conduct comprehensive phone screens and technical interviews to assess candidate skills and cultural fit.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of candidates through networking events, career fairs, and social media outreach.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and define job specifications.
- Manage candidate communication, provide timely feedback, and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Navigate employment law and compliance standards to ensure fair and equitable hiring practices.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in technical recruiting or human resources.
- Proven track record of successfully filling hard-to-fill technical positions.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and technical methodologies.
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
