Responsibilities
- Full-Cycle Recruitment: Own the end-to-end hiring process for technical roles, from defining job requirements to extending offers and onboarding.
- Talent Sourcing: Utilize advanced sourcing techniques, Boolean search strategies, and networking to identify passive candidates in the California tech market.
- Collaboration: Partner closely with hiring managers and engineering leads to understand technical needs and build effective recruitment strategies.
- Pipeline Management: Develop and maintain a robust talent pipeline to ensure a steady stream of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
- Interview Coordination: Schedule and conduct interviews, facilitate debriefs, and provide clear feedback to candidates throughout the process.
- Market Analysis: Stay current on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and recruitment technologies to keep our hiring practices competitive.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 4-6 years of experience in technical recruiting, with a proven track record of filling full-time engineering and product roles.
- Location: Must be based in California or willing to relocate.
- ATS Proficiency: Strong command of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Ashby.
- Networking: Extensive network within the California tech ecosystem (startups and enterprise).
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
