- Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract passive candidates in the tech ecosystem.
- Collaborate closely with C-level executives and hiring managers to define talent requirements and cultural fit.
- Build and manage a robust network of candidates through industry events, conferences, and targeted outreach.
- Utilize advanced Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Boolean search techniques to optimize pipeline generation.
- Provide exceptional candidate experiences throughout the hiring lifecycle, ensuring our employer brand resonates with top talent.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in technical recruiting, specifically within the Software Engineering or AI sectors.
- Proven track record of successfully filling hard-to-fill, high-level technical positions.
- Deep understanding of the current and future tech landscape (e.g., Generative AI, Cloud Infrastructure) relevant to 2026.
- Strong proficiency with modern recruiting tools and platforms (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, LinkedIn Recruiter).
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
