Responsibilities
- Manage multi-line phone system and screen/redirect 50+ calls daily
- Coordinate executive calendars and schedule complex appointments
- Oversee visitor registration and maintain secure access protocols
- Process incoming/outgoing mail and manage office supply inventory
- Support administrative operations including document preparation and filing
- Coordinate meeting logistics and catering for executive teams
- Act as primary liaison between visitors and executive staff
- Maintain professional reception area appearance and ambiance
Qualifications
- 3+ years receptionist or executive administrative experience
- Expertise with Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling software
- Exceptional verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Professional demeanor and polished business appearance
- Ability to multitask in high-pressure environments
- Experience in luxury services or professional services preferred
- High school diploma; Associate's degree in business administration a plus
