Responsibilities
- Oversee daily office operations including facilities management, vendor coordination, and supply chain logistics
- Manage administrative staff and coordinate complex scheduling across departments
- Develop and implement office procedures to enhance productivity and safety compliance
- Manage office budgets, expense reports, and procurement processes with meticulous attention to detail
- Lead onboarding processes for new hires and maintain HR documentation
- Coordinate executive-level meetings, events, and international travel arrangements
- Optimize office technology systems including AV equipment, video conferencing, and security protocols
- Act as primary liaison for building management and tenant services
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (5+ years experience accepted in lieu)
- Minimum 5 years progressive office management experience in tech or professional services
- Expert proficiency in MS Office Suite and office management software (e.g., Asana, Concur)
- Proven budget management experience with P&L responsibility
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with ability to multitask competing priorities
- Strong vendor negotiation and contract management capabilities
- OSHA/Familiarity with commercial building safety regulations
- Discretion with confidential information and executive-level correspondence
