Responsibilities
- Oversee daily office operations including facilities management, vendor coordination, and supply chain logistics
- Manage executive calendar coordination, meeting logistics, and complex travel arrangements for leadership team
- Develop and implement office protocols for safety, security, and emergency preparedness
- Lead budget management for office expenses, procurement processes, and vendor negotiations
- Coordinate onboarding/offboarding processes, equipment provisioning, and IT support requests
- Plan and execute company events, team-building activities, and client-facing functions
- Act as primary point of contact for facility issues, maintenance requests, and space optimization
Qualifications
- 5+ years progressive experience in office administration or facilities management
- Proven expertise in vendor management, procurement, and contract negotiation
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and office management software
- Exceptional organizational skills with ability to manage competing priorities in high-volume environments
- Strong financial acumen with experience in budget management and expense control
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to interact at all organizational levels
- San Francisco Bay Area business environment familiarity preferred
- Valid California driver's license and reliable transportation
