- Manage office budget, procurement processes, and expense reporting
- Serve as primary liaison for building management and IT support teams
- Plan and execute corporate events, team-building activities, and office celebrations
Qualifications
- 5+ years progressive office management experience in corporate or tech environments
- Proven expertise in vendor management, procurement, and budget oversight
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software
- Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail and multitasking ability
- Strong leadership background with staff management and training experience
- Knowledge of local Charlotte business regulations and service providers
