Responsibilities
- Manage office operations including supply inventory, equipment maintenance, and facility coordination
- Oversee administrative staff and coordinate workflows across departments
- Handle vendor relationships, contract negotiations, and service procurement
- Develop and manage office budgets with quarterly financial reporting
- Plan and execute company events, meetings, and team-building activities
- Implement and optimize office procedures for maximum efficiency
- Serve as primary point of contact for facility management and security protocols
Qualifications
- 5+ years of progressive office management experience in tech/startup environments
- Proven expertise in budgeting, procurement, and financial oversight
- Exceptional organizational skills with ability to manage competing priorities
- Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite, Google Workspace, and office management software
- Experience managing remote/hybrid teams and hybrid work models
- Excellent verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
