- Act as primary point of contact for building management and service providers
- Lead onboarding processes and ensure seamless office technology integration
- Manage office budget, expense reporting, and procurement processes
Qualifications
- 5+ years of progressive office management experience in corporate settings
- Proven expertise in vendor negotiation, procurement, and contract management
- Exceptional organizational skills with ability to manage competing priorities
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, HRIS systems, and office technology
