Responsibilities
- Oversee daily office operations including facilities management, vendor coordination, and inventory control
- Manage executive calendars, arrange complex travel, and coordinate high-level meetings
- Develop and implement office protocols for safety, security, and sustainability
- Lead administrative team and mentor junior staff on best practices
- Manage budget for office expenses and procurement processes
- Coordinate company events, off-sites, and employee wellness initiatives
Qualifications
- 5+ years of progressive office management experience in corporate environments
- Proven expertise in vendor negotiation and contract management
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- CHSP or similar facility management certification preferred
