Responsibilities
- Oversee daily office operations including facilities maintenance, vendor management, and space optimization
- Manage administrative staff and coordinate executive calendars across multiple departments
- Develop and implement office procedures to enhance productivity and compliance
- Coordinate company events, meetings, and travel logistics for leadership team
- Manage budget for office expenses, procurement, and facility upgrades
- Serve as primary point of contact for building management and security services
- Implement sustainability initiatives and workplace safety protocols
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (5+ years experience may substitute)
- Minimum 7 years progressive office management experience in corporate environments
- Proven expertise in vendor negotiation, contract management, and budget oversight
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite, G-Suite, and office management software
- Exceptional organizational skills with ability to manage competing priorities
- Strong background in employee relations and conflict resolution
- Valid driver's license and ability to occasionally travel between office locations
