Responsibilities
- Oversee daily office operations, including supply inventory management, facility maintenance, and vendor coordination
- Manage administrative staff and coordinate cross-departmental projects
- Develop and implement office procedures to enhance productivity and compliance
- Handle complex calendar management, travel arrangements, and executive support
- Manage budget for office expenses and negotiate vendor contracts
- Coordinate employee onboarding and ensure seamless HR administration
- Maintain digital and physical filing systems with strict confidentiality protocols
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (5+ years experience accepted in lieu)
- Minimum 5 years progressive office management experience in tech/agriculture sector
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software (e.g., Asana, QuickBooks)
- Exceptional organizational skills with proven ability to manage competing priorities
- Strong financial acumen for budget management and expense tracking
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with all organizational levels
- CHOM or OM certification preferred
