Responsibilities
- Oversee daily office operations including facilities management, vendor relationships, and procurement of office supplies
- Manage administrative budgets, expense reports, and cost optimization initiatives
- Coordinate complex calendar management, international travel arrangements, and executive meeting logistics
- Lead onboarding programs and implement HR policies for employee experience
- Develop and maintain digital filing systems with 100% compliance standards
- Coordinate office events, team-building activities, and culture initiatives
- Act as primary liaison for IT facilities, security protocols, and emergency procedures
Qualifications
- 5+ years progressive office management experience in corporate environments
- Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software
- Proven budget management experience with P&L responsibility
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with ability to resolve complex operational issues
- Strong vendor negotiation and contract management abilities
- Certified Administrative Professional (CAP) or equivalent preferred
- Experience with hybrid work environment management
- Milwaukee-based candidates with local network preferred
