Responsibilities
- Oversee all administrative functions including facilities management, vendor relations, and office supply procurement
- Manage complex calendars, coordinate executive travel, and arrange high-stakes client meetings
- Lead HR processes including onboarding, performance tracking, and compliance documentation
- Develop and maintain $500K+ departmental budgets with precise expense controls
- Implement digital workflow systems to optimize operational efficiency
- Serve as primary liaison for IT, facilities, and security teams
- Coordinate company-wide events and culture-building initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 5 years progressive office management experience in corporate environments
- Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software
- Proven ability to manage multi-departmental budgets and vendor contracts
- Exceptional communication skills with executive-level presence
