- Oversee daily office operations, including facilities management, maintenance, and safety protocols
- Manage vendor contracts and relationships for office services, supplies, and equipment
- Coordinate executive calendar management, meeting logistics, and travel arrangements
- Supervise administrative staff and implement process improvements for efficiency
- Handle budget tracking for office expenses and procurement processes
- Support HR functions onboarding, benefits administration, and compliance
- Implement sustainability initiatives and maintain green office standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (5+ years experience accepted)
- Minimum 5 years progressive office management experience in tech/creative environments
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software
- Proven vendor negotiation and contract management abilities
- Strong financial acumen with budget management experience
- Exceptional interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
- PHR/SHRM-CP certification preferred
