Responsibilities
- Oversee daily office operations including facilities management, vendor relations, and equipment maintenance
- Manage administrative staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluation
- Develop and implement office policies, procedures, and sustainability initiatives
- Coordinate executive calendars, travel arrangements, and high-level meeting logistics
- Administer office budgets, expense reports, and procurement processes
- Serve as primary HR liaison for onboarding, compliance, and employee relations
- Leverage Microsoft Office Suite and facility management software for operational efficiency
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (5+ years experience acceptable)
- Minimum 5 years progressive office management experience in corporate settings
- Expertise in budgeting, vendor negotiation, and facility operations
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite, facility management software, and HRIS systems
- Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution abilities
- Proven project management skills with ability to handle competing priorities
- Valid Oklahoma driver's license and clean driving record
