Responsibilities
- Manage office facilities, supplies inventory, and vendor contracts for 50+ employees
- Oversee administrative team scheduling, performance reviews, and workflow optimization
- Coordinate executive travel arrangements and complex calendar management
- Implement and maintain compliance with company policies and OSHA regulations
- Lead budget planning for office operations and expense reconciliation
- Manage digital filing systems and document security protocols
- Organize company events and community engagement initiatives
Qualifications
- 5+ years progressive office management experience in corporate environments
- Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software
- Proven budget management and vendor negotiation skills
- Strong knowledge of Texas labor laws and HR best practices
- Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail
- Experience managing hybrid/remote team workflows
- Associate's degree in Business Administration or related field required
