- Lead onboarding processes and serve as primary HR liaison for employee relations
- Implement sustainability initiatives and office safety protocols
- Supervise 3-person administrative team with performance reviews
Qualifications
- 5+ years progressive office management experience in tech/startup environments
- Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software
- Proven budget management and vendor negotiation skills
- Exceptional organizational abilities with attention to detail
- Strong conflict resolution and interpersonal communication skills
- SHRM-SCP or similar certification preferred
