Responsibilities
- Oversee daily office operations including facilities management, supply inventory, and vendor coordination
- Manage administrative staff and coordinate scheduling for executive team
- Develop and implement office policies, procedures, and safety protocols
- Plan and execute company events, meetings, and offsite activities
- Manage office budget, expense reports, and procurement processes
- Serve as primary point of contact for building management and maintenance
- Coordinate onboarding processes for new hires and office equipment setup
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- 5+ years of progressive office management experience in tech/startup environments
- Proven expertise in budget management and vendor negotiation
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite and office management software
- Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail
- Strong leadership abilities with experience managing administrative teams
- Knowledge of San Francisco commercial real estate and local vendors
- Certifications in facilities management or office administration preferred
