Responsibilities
- Oversee daily office operations including facilities management, supply chain, and vendor relationships
- Manage administrative team of 3 coordinators with performance metrics and training
- Develop and maintain $500K+ annual office budget with quarterly financial reporting
- Coordinate executive travel, complex meeting logistics, and high-profile client events
- Implement and optimize workplace technology including office automation systems
- Lead cross-functional projects for process improvement and space utilization
- Ensure strict compliance with OH labor laws and company policies
Qualifications
- 5+ years progressive office management experience in corporate or tech environments
- Proven budget management and financial reporting expertise
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and facility management software
- Exceptional project management skills with ability to handle multiple priorities
