Responsibilities
- Oversee all office operations including facilities management, vendor relationships, and procurement processes
- Manage administrative staff, scheduling, and performance evaluations
- Coordinate complex travel arrangements, events, and executive calendar management
- Develop and implement office procedures to enhance productivity and compliance
- Manage budget tracking, expense reports, and financial documentation
- Handle HR functions onboarding, benefits administration, and policy implementation
- Ensure workplace safety and maintain optimal office environment standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (5+ years experience accepted)
- Minimum 5 years progressive office management experience in corporate settings
