Responsibilities
- Oversee daily office operations including facilities management, supply inventory, and vendor relationships
- Manage administrative staff through scheduling, training, and performance evaluations
- Coordinate complex travel arrangements and executive calendar management
- Develop and maintain office budgets with quarterly financial reporting
- Lead onboarding processes for new hires and office relocations
- Implement workplace safety protocols and emergency procedures
- Collaborate with IT to maintain office technology and equipment
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- 5+ years progressive office management experience in corporate environments
