Responsibilities
- Oversee all office operations including facilities management, vendor relationships, and supply chain logistics
- Manage executive calendars, coordinate complex travel arrangements, and prepare confidential correspondence
- Develop and implement administrative policies, procedures, and workflow improvements
- Lead HR functions including onboarding, benefits administration, and compliance documentation
- Coordinate cross-departmental projects and events with attention to budget constraints
- Maintain digital and physical record-keeping systems with stringent confidentiality protocols
- Analyze operational metrics and implement data-driven efficiency initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (5+ years experience accepted in lieu)
- Minimum 5 years progressive office management experience in tech/startup environments
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and facility management software
- Proven vendor negotiation and contract management experience
- Strong knowledge of California labor laws and HR compliance requirements
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to interact at all organizational levels
- Project management certification (PMP or equivalent) preferred
- Valid California driver's license with clean driving record
