Responsibilities
- Oversee daily office operations including facilities management, vendor coordination, and supply chain logistics
- Manage administrative team of 3 professionals through performance reviews and workflow optimization
- Develop and implement office policies enhancing productivity and employee experience
- Coordinate executive calendar management, travel arrangements, and high-level meeting facilitation
- Handle budget forecasting, expense reporting, and procurement for office resources
- Lead cross-departmental projects including office relocations and technology integrations
- Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and maintain comprehensive safety protocols
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (5+ years experience acceptable)
- Minimum 5 years progressive office management experience in tech/startup environments
- Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software (e.g., Asana, Expensify)
- Proven budget management experience with P&L oversight capabilities
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with ability to manage diverse stakeholders
- Strong problem-solving abilities with crisis management background
- OSHA certification or equivalent safety training preferred
