Responsibilities
- Oversee office administration, including supply inventory, equipment maintenance, and facility coordination
- Manage employee onboarding, benefits administration, and HR documentation compliance
- Coordinate executive calendars, travel arrangements, and high-level meeting logistics
- Develop and implement office procedures to enhance operational efficiency
- Supervise administrative staff and conduct performance evaluations
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate service contracts
- Prepare monthly budget reports and expense tracking for department heads
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (5+ years experience accepted in lieu)
- Proven experience as Office Manager or Executive Assistant in corporate settings
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software
- Strong knowledge of Virginia labor laws and HR best practices
- Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to manage confidential information with discretion
