Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- 5+ years progressive office management experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software
- Strong knowledge of Colorado labor laws and HR best practices
- Exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Proven budget management and vendor negotiation experience
- PMP or SHRM certification preferred
