Responsibilities
- Oversee daily office operations, including facility management, vendor contracts, and equipment maintenance
- Manage administrative budget, procurement processes, and expense reconciliation
- Lead HR support functions including onboarding, benefits administration, and compliance
- Coordinate executive calendars, meeting logistics, and travel arrangements
- Implement and optimize office procedures, safety protocols, and sustainability initiatives
- Supervise administrative staff and foster a positive workplace culture
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (5+ years experience accepted)
- Minimum 5 years progressive office management experience in corporate environments
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software
- Strong vendor management, negotiation, and contract administration skills
- Proven ability to manage budgets and financial reporting
- Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to lead diverse teams
- PHR or SHRM-CP certification preferred
