Responsibilities
- Oversee daily office operations including facilities management, vendor relationships, and procurement
- Manage administrative team of 3 direct reports and coordinate cross-departmental workflows
- Develop and maintain $250K+ office budget with quarterly financial reporting
- Coordinate executive travel, calendar management, and high-level stakeholder communications
- Implement and optimize workplace safety protocols and emergency response procedures
- Lead office relocations, space planning, and technology infrastructure upgrades
Qualifications
- 5+ years progressive office management experience in corporate or hybrid environments
- Expertise in budgeting, procurement, and facilities management software (e.g., ServiceNow)
- Proven ability to manage teams and improve operational efficiency metrics
- Strong vendor negotiation skills with experience managing 15+ service contracts
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and workplace management platforms
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
- PHR/SHRM-CP certification a plus
