Responsibilities
- Oversee daily office operations including facilities management, vendor relationships, and inventory control
- Manage administrative staff and coordinate cross-departmental projects
- Develop and implement office policies ensuring compliance with OSHA and ADA standards
- Coordinate executive travel arrangements and complex calendar management
- Manage office budget, expense reports, and procurement processes
- Plan company events, meetings, and team-building activities
- Serve as primary contact for building management and maintenance issues
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (5+ years experience may substitute)
- Minimum 5 years progressive office management experience in tech or corporate environments
- Proven expertise in budget management and vendor negotiation
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software
- Exceptional organizational skills with ability to manage competing priorities
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build positive workplace relationships
- Certification in Facilities Management or Office Administration preferred
