Responsibilities
- Oversee daily office operations including facilities management, vendor coordination, and supply chain logistics
- Manage administrative team (2-3 staff) through performance coaching and workflow optimization
- Coordinate executive-level scheduling, travel arrangements, and high-profile client events
- Develop and maintain $200K+ annual budget for office expenditures and capital improvements
- Implement digital systems for inventory management, space utilization, and sustainability initiatives
- Serve as primary liaison for HR functions onboarding, compliance, and employee engagement
- Champion company culture through wellness programs and team-building activities
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (5+ years experience acceptable)
- Minimum 5 years progressive office management experience in tech/media industries
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software (e.g., Asana, Expensify)
- Proven budget management and vendor negotiation skills
- Exceptional interpersonal abilities with C-suite executives and diverse teams
- Certification in facilities management (e.g., IFMA) strongly preferred
- Experience managing hybrid/remote work environments and distributed teams
- Valid California driver's license and clean driving record
