Responsibilities
- Manage multi-line phone system with exceptional call handling and professional etiquette
- Greet and assist all visitors with warm hospitality and accurate information
- Coordinate complex scheduling and calendar management for executive staff
- Process incoming/outgoing mail and shipments with meticulous attention to detail
- Maintain organized reception area and office supplies inventory
- Support HR functions including onboarding paperwork and new hire orientation
- Collaborate across departments to ensure seamless operational workflows
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of professional receptionist or front desk experience
- Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Exceptional verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to multitask in high-pressure environments
- Discretion in handling confidential information and sensitive matters
- Associates degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
- Proficiency with office equipment (copiers, scanners, phone systems)
