Responsibilities
- Manage multi-line phone system with exceptional call handling and message routing
- Greet visitors warmly and coordinate seamless check-in/out processes
- Oversee incoming/outgoing mail, packages, and courier services
- Maintain organized reception area and common spaces
- Support administrative tasks including scheduling, data entry, and document management
- Coordinate meeting room bookings and AV equipment setup
- Assist with office supply inventory and vendor communications
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year receptionist/front desk experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling software
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills
- Strong multitasking and time management abilities
