Responsibilities
- Manage multi-line phone system with exceptional call handling and transfer protocols
- Greet and screen visitors in a professional, welcoming manner
- Coordinate complex meeting schedules across 15+ executives
- Maintain visitor logs and issue security badges
- Process incoming/outgoing mail and manage supply inventory
- Support administrative tasks including data entry and document management
- Assist with onboarding preparation and new hire orientations
Qualifications
- 2+ years of professional receptionist or front desk experience
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities in a high-volume setting
- Professional demeanor with polished business attire standards
- Proficiency with scheduling software (Calendly preferred)
- Ability to lift 15 lbs for supply management tasks
