Responsibilities
- Manage multi-line phone system with exceptional professionalism and efficiency
- Greet and assist all visitors with warm, personalized service
- Maintain visitor log and coordinate security protocols
- Handle incoming/outgoing mail and package deliveries
- Schedule appointments and coordinate meeting room logistics
- Perform data entry and maintain digital filing systems
- Support HR functions onboarding processes and document management
- Assist with office supply inventory and vendor communications
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years receptionist or front desk experience required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills
- Proven ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
