Responsibilities
- Manage multi-line phone system with professionalism and efficiency
- Greets visitors, screens calls, and directs inquiries to appropriate departments
- Coordinate office calendars, schedule appointments, and maintain meeting rooms
- Handle incoming/outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
- Assist with clerical tasks including data entry, filing, and document preparation
- Maintain reception area appearance and ensure supplies are stocked
- Support HR and administrative teams with onboarding paperwork and employee inquiries
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of receptionist or administrative experience
