Responsibilities
- Manage multi-line phone systems with exceptional call routing and message-taking
- Greet and assist all visitors with warmth and professionalism
- Coordinate meeting room bookings and ensure seamless transitions between clients
- Maintain organized reception areas and common spaces
- Process incoming/outgoing mail and packages with accuracy
- Support administrative tasks including data entry and document management
- Assist with light office supply inventory and procurement
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year receptionist or customer service experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling software
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills
