Responsibilities
- Manage multi-line phone system with professionalism and efficiency
- Greet and assist all visitors, clients, and staff with exceptional hospitality
- Coordinate meeting room bookings and maintain office calendar systems
- Process incoming/outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
- Perform light administrative tasks including data entry and document management
- Maintain tidy reception area and office supplies inventory
- Support HR and department heads with scheduling and coordination
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year receptionist or front desk experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Exceptional verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills

- Professional appearance and customer-focused mindset
- High school diploma or equivalent required
