Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations including visitor greeting, call routing, and mail handling
- Schedule appointments and maintain accurate calendars using Microsoft Outlook
- Perform data entry and maintain digital records with 99% accuracy
- Coordinate office supplies inventory and procurement processes
- Support HR initiatives including onboarding paperwork and employee inquiries
- Assist with event coordination and meeting room logistics

Qualifications
