Responsibilities
- Manage professional front desk operations including call routing, visitor greeting, and mail handling
- Maintain office security through visitor screening and access control procedures
- Coordinate meeting room reservations and equipment setup for internal/external events
- Perform administrative tasks including data entry, document management, and supply inventory
- Assist with HR functions including new hire onboarding paperwork and benefits inquiries
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support departmental initiatives

Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of professional front desk or administrative experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) and office equipment
