Responsibilities
- Design and execute talent acquisition strategies for quantum computing roles including quantum physicists, quantum algorithm developers, and quantum hardware engineers
- Build and maintain relationships with top-tier academic institutions and quantum research centers worldwide
- Develop innovative sourcing techniques to identify passive candidates in emerging quantum technologies
- Create compelling employer branding campaigns highlighting quantum computing breakthroughs
- Partner with quantum research teams to define future talent needs and skill requirements
- Leverage AI-powered recruitment tools while maintaining human-centric candidate experience
- Analyze market trends to position Nexus Quantum Labs as the premier employer in quantum computing
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Physics, Engineering, or related field; advanced degree preferred
- 5+ years in technical recruitment with 2+ years in quantum computing, AI, or specialized tech sectors
- Deep understanding of quantum computing principles, qubit technologies, and quantum programming languages
- Proven track record of placing PhD-level candidates in specialized technical roles
- Expertise in passive candidate sourcing across global talent markets
- Familiarity with quantum computing research institutions and industry leaders
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex technical requirements into talent profiles
