Responsibilities
- Manage professional front desk operations including greeting visitors, answering multi-line phones, and directing inquiries
- Coordinate office calendars, schedule meetings, and maintain meeting room reservations
- Process incoming/outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries with accuracy
- Assist with administrative tasks including data entry, document preparation, and filing
- Support HR functions onboarding new hires and maintaining employee records
- Manage office supplies inventory and coordinate vendor relationships
- Uphold company standards through professional communication and presentation
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree preferred
- 2+ years of receptionist or administrative support experience
