Responsibilities
- Manage multi-line phone system with professional call routing and message-taking
- Welcoming visitors, coordinating appointments, and maintaining visitor logs
- Process incoming/outgoing mail and manage office supply inventory
- Coordinate meeting room bookings and basic calendar management
- Assist with administrative tasks including data entry and document preparation
- Support team with ad-hoc projects and event coordination
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years receptionist or administrative support experience
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling software
