Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations including greeting visitors and directing calls
- Coordinate office calendar, scheduling meetings, and managing room reservations
- Handle incoming/outgoing mail and packages with accuracy
- Maintain professional appearance of reception area and common spaces
- Assist with basic clerical tasks (filing, data entry, document preparation)
- Support administrative team with ad-hoc projects as needed
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional receptionist/front desk experience
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Professional demeanor with strong customer service focus
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid North Carolina driver's license preferred
