Responsibilities
- Manage multi-line phone system and route incoming calls professionally
- Greeter all visitors with exceptional customer service
- Coordinate meeting room bookings and equipment logistics
- Process incoming/outgoing mail and packages
- Maintain reception area cleanliness and professional appearance
- Assist with basic clerical tasks including data entry and filing
- Support administrative team with special projects as needed
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year receptionist or front desk experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
