Responsibilities
- Manage multi-line phone system with exceptional call handling and transfer protocols
- Provide warm, professional greeting for all visitors and clients
- Coordinate meeting room bookings and office calendar management
- Process incoming/outgoing mail and courier services
- Assist with light administrative tasks including data entry and document preparation
- Maintain tidy reception area with professional ambiance

Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years professional receptionist or administrative experience
- Exceptional verbal communication and interpersonal skills
