Responsibilities
- Manage multi-line phone system with exceptional call routing and etiquette
- Greet visitors warmly and coordinate seamless check-in/out processes
- Maintain pristine reception area with professional ambiance
- Coordinate complex executive calendars and meeting logistics
- Process incoming/outgoing mail and packages with meticulous tracking
- Assist with onboarding new hires and office inventory management
- Support HR and administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications
- 3+ years of corporate reception/front desk experience
- Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling software
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to multitask in fast-paced environments

- Associate degree or equivalent certification preferred
