Responsibilities
- Manage multi-line phone system with 50+ daily calls, transferring and routing inquiries
- Greet and screen visitors with warm demeanor, ensuring positive first impressions
- Coordinate conference room bookings and maintain executive calendars
- Process incoming/outgoing mail and shipments with meticulous accuracy
- Assist with office supply inventory and equipment maintenance
- Support administrative tasks including document scanning and filing
- Implement COVID-19 safety protocols for lobby management
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years receptionist or front desk experience in corporate setting
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling software
- Exceptional verbal/written communication and multi-tasking abilities
- Professional appearance and polished phone etiquette
- Associates degree or relevant certification preferred
- Knowledge of Louisville business landscape advantageous
- Ability to remain calm under pressure during peak hours
